Spiralli Balsamico

Pasta borobodur jer sebenarnya, tapi nama kena kasi gempak gitewww. Boring jugak asyik Bolognese, Alfredo, Machiato, Toto....

As for me, spirally pasta is the best to go with minced beef. However.... untuk monster yang hantu pasta ni, hanya pasta dan tomato semata2 diberikannya (ayat tunggang-tungging).

Cer try:
Boil pasta al dente (rasa hebakk weh kalau pakai bahasa top chef ni, automatik masakan jadik sedap). Drained, add butter. 

1 big onion and 2 cloves garlic cut small
300gms minced beef
2 bay leaves
1 tomato diced
1 sudu besar balsamico (Optional, tapi nama tukar jadik Spiralli Nomico)
Salt, pepper, grated cheese and origano ikut suka

I prefer to cook the minced beef without oil first, then only add onion and garlic (mengurangkan penggunaan minyak). Kalau nak tumis bebawangs tu dulu pun boleh.
Next, campak bay leaves, balsamico, garam and pepper and lastly tomato together with boiled noodles. 
Kacau kacau kacau. Padamkan api and serve. Sprinkle cheese and oregano and Voila! 

Mamma mia fabulouso. So simple yet so divine.

    1. bukan rajin sgt, tapi terpaksa. masak yg simple2 jer, tau la kan ngan monster ni bukan boleh berarak berhias.
